1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SlashPost ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Service Description
SlashPost provides AI-powered content generation and automated posting to Google Business Profiles via Google's official APIs. We generate, schedule, and publish posts on your behalf based on your preferences and business information.
3. Google Account & API Usage
Our Service accesses your Google Business Profile through Google's official OAuth 2.0 authorization and the Google Business Profile API. By connecting your Google account, you grant us permission to read your business profile information and publish content on your behalf. You acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You are the authorized owner or manager of the Google Business Profile(s) you connect to our Service.
- SlashPost uses Google's official APIs in compliance with Google's API Terms of Service and Google's API Services User Data Policy.
- We do not store your Google account password. Authentication is handled entirely through Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol.
- Google may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or revoke API access, change its policies, or take action against any Google account, including but not limited to suspension or termination.
- SlashPost is not responsible for any actions taken by Google against your account, including suspension, restriction, or termination, whether or not such actions are related to your use of our Service.
- You are solely responsible for complying with Google's Terms of Service, Google Business Profile policies, and any applicable Google guidelines.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Google's APIs. Service availability may be affected by Google's API changes, rate limits, or outages.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful business information.
- Maintain proper ownership or authorization of connected Google Business Profiles.
- Review and monitor content published through our Service to your profiles.
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Not use the Service for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
Content generated by our AI is created for your business use. You retain ownership of your business information. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Service. AI-generated content is provided as a tool; you are responsible for ensuring published content complies with applicable laws, Google's content policies, and industry regulations.
6. Payments & Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests for exceptional circumstances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
